By creating an account or using ChapterTrail, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

Do not use ChapterTrail to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the platform.

Authors retain ownership of the fiction, comments, and other content they submit.

By publishing on ChapterTrail, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect data only as needed for account access and platform operation. We do not sell your personal information.

ChapterTrail is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed to maintain, improve, or protect the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
